These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and booking services. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only after deposit payment. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due upon arrival. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or approved online services.
Cancellations at least 30 days before arrival receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30–14 days before arrival get a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days or no-shows.
Requests to modify dates or guest details must be made at least 14 days before arrival and are subject to availability. Price adjustments may apply if the change affects the booking period or package type.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs require prior agreement and may incur additional charges.
Guests must follow instructions of certified instructors. Boogie Surf Camp is not responsible for injuries due to negligence, unsafe conduct, or ignoring safety rules. Guests must inform staff of medical conditions or injuries before activities.
Surfboards, wetsuits, and other equipment must be returned in original condition. Damaged or lost equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
Guests are responsible for maintaining accommodation in good condition. Damages due to negligence will be billed. Common areas should be respected and kept tidy.
Guests must behave respectfully to staff, fellow guests, and the community. Disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior may result in immediate termination without refund.
Boogie Surf Camp is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, or governmental regulations.
All activities carry inherent risks. Guests are advised to obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance, including coverage for water sports.
Your personal information will be used solely to process bookings and provide services. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where required by law.
